Welcome, Whatever your age, condition or background, Essential Hot Yoga is an everyday yoga practice for you. Designed for all levels from beginner through advanced. We offer a balanced and complete mind-body-spirit practice that develops strength flexibility, focused awareness and overall wellbeing.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before scheduled start time to register. Discuss any injuries or health issues with your teacher before class.
• Wear something you are comfort able sweating in. Breathable fabric is most desirable.

Our certified instructors lead you through a step by step breakdown of the postures you enjoy during each practice. Posture and form is such an important part of building strength and flexibility, allowing you to get the most out of each of your class times. Deepen your practice! This is your opportunity to improve form and better your understanding of each pose. Please come with questions and be ready to explore modifications or advancement!
