Our new 300-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training Program is beginning in 2018. Study in India, Costa Rica, Jamaica or right here in Boise, ID.

Teacher Training 300-hour YYT Program: Our new joint 300 hour program will be an advanced examination and practice into yoga philosophy, lifestyle and ethics, teaching methodology, techniques, anatomy/physiology and practicum with a special emphasis on functional anatomy.

This program partnership will give you more advanced training options to suit your interest and further your personal yoga journey.

You won’t want to miss this unique training module! Join us as guest instructor Nam Chantepie from San Diego, an expert in yoga adjustments, opens your world of adjustments and assists. Learn to use new techniques for verbal and manual cueing helping your students get the most out of every practice. Earn 20 hours of Continuing Education credits with Yoga Alliance.

“Adjustments are a form of transmission. Whether verbal or manual, the teacher is transmitting information directly to their student. It is important that the information is clear, concise and offered in a safe manner. A well trained teacher will have the ability to skillfully pair a physical adjustments with their cues and verbal suggestions.” – Nam Chantepie

Nam is an RYT500 & E-RYT200 teacher who has been featured on Yoga International. As a student of yoga and functional movement modalities, his yoga classes are grounded in strength, anatomical detail and mindfulness. Nam offers detailed verbal cues and expert hands on adjustments/assists to help his students find a fuller experience in their yoga practice; emphasizing breath and proper alignment in each of his classes. Whether teaching a restorative or vinyasa class, students can expect to explore their strengthens, work on focus, and learn to find balance on and off the mat.

As a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) educator, Nam also enjoys helping students as well as other teachers further their study and understanding of yoga and movement.
