Baby + Me Yoga is designed for parents or guardians to practice yoga with their new bundles of joy! Parents can practice in a safe environment and feel comfortable caring for the baby with other parents.
Baby & Me yoga is a 60 minute yoga class designed for new parents and babies to bond while participating in a gentle postpartum yoga practice. This is also a great space for new parents and babies to meet, socialize, and support one another. This class provides a lot of flexibility and openness for babies to do as they please and allow parents to feel comfortable caring for their baby. Every class includes yoga poses and flows that can be done with or without your baby, as well as guided meditation and breathing exercises. All babies from 4 weeks up to 18 months are welcome. If you are newly postpartum (up to 8 weeks), please be sure to get cleared for exercise from your doctor or midwife before joining us.

Our all levels Hot 26 Yoga class is a set sequence of static Hatha Yoga asanas (postures) and breathing exercises. 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises are practiced in this sequence with no upper body weight-bearing postures. Each posture prepares the body for the next, allowing students to gain strength, flexibility, and balance. The heat adds to the physical effort required to do the postures and aids to condition the body. This class is perfect for students who prefer to spend more time in each posture, working on alignment and technique.
Our EHY Signature Series classes are lively and energetic, synchronizing breath with movement. Our class is designed to build strength, flexibility, and concentration as well as cleanse the body and calm the mind. Our EHY Signature Series classes at Essential Hot Yoga follows a set sequence of postures, so you can focus on improving your postures and deepening your practice. You can always expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work (pranayama). The heat and humidity in class allows for our muscles to lengthen and stretch. Our classes our designed for beginners and yet also designed to challenge the advanced practitioner.
This flow class is similar to our signature Hot Hour class but with added FIRE! We will be emphasizing our core strength so come prepared to sweat and work those abs!
Our Hot Hour class combines the essential healing postures from traditional hot yoga and the flow of vinyasa. This class invigorates your body and focuses your mind. A balance of silence and music, you will sweat in our 104 degree room with humidity between 35-40% leaving you re-energized, re-vitalized, re-stored.
Our unique class begins with a Sun Salutation warm up followed by 26 postures set to inspiring music. Hot 26 is suitable for beginners to advanced students as the sequence provides for variations for each individual's level of practice. Hot 26 is designed to relieve stress; balance and strengthen the glandular system, circulation, digestion and nervous system; reverse the aging process; and reshape muscles, tendons, and posture. Fresh blood is brought to areas not normally affected and the whole body becomes supple and strong. 104 degrees.
Hot Sculpt is a warm 60-minute class designed to build both physical and mental endurance, using light weights to add resistance and create long lean muscles. No matter your level, you'll enjoy total body results in a short period of time. It's a perfect compliment to your regular yoga practice.
This all levels vinyasa will unite breath with movement creating a dynamic, exhilarating practice beginning with a pranayama and Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) variations through to a challenging set of sequencing including arm balancing and hip openers! You will love the effervescent sense of aliveness this class ignites within your body and mind! Just enough heat and humidity to create a detoxifying sweat.
Prenatal Yoga is designed for all stages of pregnancy. 60 minute class including breathing and relaxation techniques, simple flow sequences to get warmth and heat into the body, stretching to help ease common aches and pains of pregnancy, and guided meditation and affirmations for pregnancy, birth, and motherhood! A simple way to care for your growing body and baby, to stay healthy, and prepare for birth. Prenatal yoga supports community, where moms can meet one another.

Looking to take your practice to the next level? Unleash your inner warrior in this 75-80 min class. This is a challenging yoga class that engages every muscle and every emotion as you move through more challenging yoga postures, arm balances and inversions. Vinyasa Power Flow classes at Essential Hot Yoga do not follow a set sequence of postures. Each class is unique and will vary from teacher to teacher. Alignment meets power when you tap into this advanced level Vinyasa yoga experience. Classes are 85-90 degrees.

You will be guided through a flowing gentle practice that uses strength but also incorporates restorative postures for a gentler and more healing approach - relieving stress and relaxing from the inside out.
Yin Yoga is a powerful practice that targets tendons, ligaments and fascia within the body. Yin Yoga involves a relaxed practice of floor postures that are held from three to five minutes at a time in order to work deep into the connective tissue around the joints, leaving the student with an overall feeling of lightness, spaciousness and peace. There are far fewer postures (asanas) in Yin Yoga as are found in more active styles, with approximately three dozen postures in total. In general, a yin approach works to promote flexibility in areas often perceived as nonmalleable, especially the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Although Yin Yoga is a more passive practice it can be challenging due to the length of time postures are held. Our Yin Yoga classes are a perfect complement to a more yang or more active style of yoga such as our Power Vinyasa flow.
