Lisa Simpson

Lisa is passionate about healthy living, the outdoors, the teachings of yoga and sharing with others in a way that inspires humor, well-being mind and body and experiential positivity. She has been teaching yoga since 2011, has over 2,000 hours of instructing and really enjoys her alignment based vinyasa classes as well as Yin yoga, meditation and Yoga Nidra workshops. She has a BA in Psychology/minor in Gerontology as well as professional experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and Cancer Exercise Specialist.
